Up and running in four steps
Put the plate on a hard, flat surface where it sits stable on all four corners. Give it about 20 minutes to settle into the room.
One cable from the plate to your tablet. That cable powers the plate. No power button, no pairing.
Sign in with the same login you'll use for Hawkin Cloud. You'll get an email to set your password before your plate arrives.
Do a test jump yourself to confirm your bodyweight reads correctly and data is streaming. Then bring in the athletes.

Good to know before you buy
What do I need to run it?
An iPad or Android tablet with the Hawkin app installed. The plate connects and powers over a single USB cable, so there's no battery to charge and nothing to pair. Don't have a tablet? Add one to your order and it ships ready to go.
Which tests does Foundation run?
Countermovement Jump, Squat Jump, Weigh-In and the isometric library, with the full set of metrics for each.
Is anything limited?
No caps on athletes, staff members or data export.
Is there a battery?
No. The plate runs off the cable to your tablet. Plug it in and it's on.
How do the terms work?
Foundation is leased. Choose 1, 2 or 3 years and pay in full at checkout, or pay year by year on the 2 and 3-year terms. Every term includes the plate, its cable, the software license and support for the full period. Domestic shipping is $99. Toward the end of the term we'll reach out about renewing.
What happens after I pay?
You get a receipt by email right away, your order lands with our team, and we reach out within one business day to confirm shipping details and book your onboarding.
Can I pay by bank transfer or purchase order?
Bank debit (ACH) is available at checkout alongside card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. If your organization needs a purchase order or an invoice first, book a call and a rep will set it up.
Is tax included in the price?
Prices are shown before tax. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Move up to Dual Wireless for left-right asymmetry, drop jumps and the full test library. Same login, and your data comes with you.
