TEST TYPES

CORE TEST TYPES

The Hawkin System includes 9 core test types, each of which can be further customized through tagging. This flexible structure enables unlimited testing configurations while maintaining data integrity. Every unique test-and-tag combination is aggregated independently within the cloud platform, ensuring athletes are evaluated against the appropriate benchmark for accurate comparisons and meaningful longitudinal analysis.

COUNTERMOVEMENT JUMP
Assess lower-body power, neuromuscular readiness, and overall athletic performance with the industry's most widely utilized force plate assessment.

DROP LANDING
Assess landing mechanics, force absorption, and post-impact stability with a focus on Time to Stabilization.
HOW TO VIDEO
COUNTERMOVEMENT REBOUND JUMP
Capture both explosive power and reactive strength in a single assessment that combines CMJ and rebound performance.
