Founder, Rob Morledge Performance
With over ten years of experience in the field, Rob Morledge has worked with some of the most renowned football clubs globally. From the pitches of England to the vibrant fields of Southeast Asia, he has helped footballers improve physical performance—whether it’s increasing speed, enhancing strength, or building the stamina to outlast the competition.
He currently serves as a performance consultant for a number of football teams in Asia, with previous roles at Senior Fitness Coach at Derby County FC, West Bromwich Albion FC and international teams such as Nakhon Ratchasima FC (Thailand) and Svay Rieng FC (Cambodia). Rob brings a practical, grounded perspective on what works in the real-world demands of professional football.
